About Katelyn

A student of nature, yoga, and the mysteries of life– Katelyn curates heartfelt and nurturing offerings to serve her community through education, ritual, and creative expression.

While growing up in the Appalachian mountains of Pennsylvania, she discovered a great love for the earth that has informed much of her life journeyβ€”so far spent meandering from mountain to mountain, river to ocean to lake, enjoying all the beauty along the way. The harmony and balance of nature’s intelligent ecosystems provide her with endless inspiration that fuels her work as a creative, educator, ceremonialist, healing arts practitioner, & spiritual guide.

Creative expression is the heartbeat of her work in the worldβ€”she blends modalities in the visual and auditory arts to give voice to the Soul. Her body of work explores the nuances of the human experienceβ€” ranging from topics like womanhood, the body, life & death, to the earth, the elements, subtle energy, spirit animals, & dream realms.

She teaches yoga regularly & facilitates circular, communal offerings attuned to the lunar cycle in South Lake Tahoe, CA. She weaves healing soundscapes into these offerings using voice and a variety of acoustic instruments, honoring the power of sound to ground and center.

She believes that humans are intrinsically woven into the fabric of nature and that the world is currently going through a deep process of remembering this truth–She is grateful to offer support and fellowship along that journey.
